As a Dad, I realized that I needed to spend more time with my family and youngest son. Most parents fall into an isolated role of provider and spectator in their kids development. Trail Life has allowed me to participate in outdoor adventures with other like minded parents looking for wholesome, outdoor activities that can be shared with their boys. Trail life is more than an adventure program for my son; it's a community where parents and leaders share in teaching the boys about leadership, teamwork, and faith. It's been a blessing to me to see our boys grow and to have the friends that I have gained because we wanted more out of life with our families.
